Denmark hires thousands of Indian professionals, especially in IT, software development, engineering, and life sciences — Indian citizens are consistently among the top recipients of Danish work permits. English is the working language at most international companies, so Danish is not required for the roles listed here.
As a non-EU citizen you'll need a work and residence permit before starting. The usual route is a job offer first: your employer then sponsors the permit through the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI).
