• Manage inquiries from employees confidentially and professionally.
• Assess legal and compliance risks arising from investigations.
• Stay updated on whistleblower legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of internal policies and tools for the Whistleblower programme.
• Prepare presentations and conduct training sessions globally.
• Ensure thorough documentation and follow-up on Speak Up matters.

Education

• Legal qualifications as a qualified attorney are required.

Tools

• Familiarity with legal compliance tools and investigation methodologies is beneficial.
