Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree with authorization to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
  • At least 4 years of transactional legal experience, preferably in technology, consulting, or outsourcing sectors.
  • Experience in negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong business judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements and SaaS contracts.
  • Support contract transactions related to digital and cloud technologies.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal and contractual risks.
  • Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risks with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior legal professionals on complex matters.

Skills

  • Strong judgment and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate legal risks into practical business guidance.

Education

  • Law degree (JD or equivalent) and relevant legal practice authorization.

Tools

  • Familiarity with legal and contract management tools is beneficial.
