Job summary

The Team Leader of Client Legal will oversee daily operations within the team, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery to clients. This role involves managing a portfolio of real estate clients, guiding team members, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administration of a real estate client portfolio
• Manage dedicated client accounts and ensure timely progression of matters
• Act as a director in client entities and owners association boards
• Support team through process changes and maintain accurate client records
• Prepare and submit statutory returns and invoices on time
• Promote real estate services and assist with business development activities
• Facilitate a positive working environment and provide guidance to team members

Education
