Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal education and professional background.
• 5–8+ years of experience in regulatory matters related to EU privacy, data protection, AI, or cybersecurity law.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing compliance processes in digital law.
• Experience in training diverse stakeholders, including technical and legal teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPT, AIGP) and project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice on digital regulations.
• Develop and improve frameworks, governance, and processes in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Embed digital law requirements into daily operations across functions.
• Support technology projects and vendor engagements by managing regulatory risks.
• Lead legal responses to digital law matters and regulatory notifications.
• Implement regulatory requirements related to AI and compliance obligations.
• Design and deliver training to enhance digital law capabilities.
• Conduct horizon scanning for digital law developments and assess their impact.
• Contribute to broader legal and compliance projects as needed.
