Job summary

This role involves building domain-specific reinforcement learning environments for AI systems by leveraging real-world consulting experience. The position is focused on translating authentic consulting engagements into structured learning scenarios for advanced AI applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
• Proven experience in structuring ambiguous client problems into actionable analytical plans
• Ability to produce client-ready deliverables under tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and hypothesis-driven thinking
• High attention to detail and output quality
• Proficient in written English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics, including industry context and financials
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, breaking projects into discrete tasks that reflect actual consulting work
• Develop evaluation criteria and quality standards for tasks, including grading frameworks and rubrics to train AI systems

Contributors can earn up to $60 per hour, depending on their contribution level and project complexity. Estimated workload is around 25-30 hours per week during active project phases.
