Senior Management Consultant (Data and AI, Aarhus)

Job summary

The role involves assisting organizations in establishing a robust data foundation for AI initiatives. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with clients to develop data strategies, design modern data platforms, and implement effective data management practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in client-facing consultancy or a senior in-house data position.
• Expertise in data platforms, data strategy, and data management with a focus on enabling AI.
• Familiarity with modern data stack technologies, including cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder alignment, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Relevant master's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is advantageous.
• A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on helping organizations adapt for future challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop data and AI strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders, translating business goals into actionable plans.
• Design and implement modern data platforms and architectures to support analytics and AI at scale.
• Establish governance practices to ensure data quality and ownership.
• Prepare clients for AI use cases by optimizing their data, architecture, and organizational readiness.
• Oversee project delivery from strategy formulation to implementation, ensuring impactful outcomes for clients.
• Contribute to business development leveraging consulting experience and a network in the Nordics.
