Job summary

An experienced EHS Manager is sought for major Data Center construction projects in Denmark. This full-time, site-based role requires a quality-driven professional with strong communication and client management skills, and a proven track record in the EHS field on large, complex projects.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in EHS management roles.
  • Demonstrable experience with large-scale projects; Data Center experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to visualize and convey issues effectively.
  • Excellent organization, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Additional Information

  • Raise safety awareness among project managers.
  • Prepare, implement, and monitor the project EHS plan.
  • Lead safety meetings with clients and trades.
  • Supervise client’s project EHS oversight resources.
  • Assess and approve contractor safety plans.
  • Review high-risk activities and provide feedback.
  • Champion safety initiatives and support client safety campaigns.
  • Apply lessons learned and best practices.
  • Lead investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Provide safety support and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and local codes.
  • Align with the overarching 'Safety Programme'.
