Health & Safety Manager (Specialist, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves promoting health and safety standards within the Copenhagen Hub and across Europe, focusing on creating safe work environments. The Health & Safety Manager will collaborate with global teams and ensure compliance with local legislation and company standards.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in Health & Safety, preferably in an international office setting.
• Strong understanding of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards and local regulations.
• Familiarity with structured Health & Safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the Health & Safety vision among employees and assist with related matters.
• Collaborate with the Global Health & Safety Team and engage with colleagues across various regions.
• Implement and uphold global Health & Safety frameworks and processes locally.
• Conduct risk assessments and support incident reporting and investigations.
• Design and deliver educational campaigns and training on Health & Safety.
• Perform site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Work with local leadership on Health & Safety strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in planning office refurbishments to meet Health & Safety requirements.
• Participate in global projects aimed at continuous improvement in Health & Safety.

Education
