Job summary

This role involves managing and optimizing security operations for key global customers in the logistics sector. The Security Manager will act as a liaison between operations and clients, ensuring adherence to security requirements and enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational and process management skills.
  • Documented security experience and qualifications (e.g., BSc/MSc, CPP, CSMP).
  • Experience in logistics/supply chain and knowledge of industry standards (e.g., TAPA) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with security in a cloud industry context is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific security requirements, KPIs, and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address customer needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor and report on security performance.
  • Serve as the primary security contact for customers.
  • Propose and implement security optimizations and improvements.

Skills

  • Ability to manage high transaction volumes and complex requirements under tight timelines.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to foster open communication and engagement within teams.

Education

  • Relevant security qualifications (e.g., BSc/MSc or certifications like CPP, CSMP).

Tools

  • Familiarity with security compliance and continuous improvement processes.
