Job summary

This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing security service areas across the Sales Market, focusing on loss prevention, health & safety, asset protection, and crisis management. The position requires leading a team of security professionals to ensure compliance and a safe operating environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPO, IOSH/NEBOSH Safety Certification).
  • Over 3 years of experience in retail security, loss prevention, or physical security management, preferably in a multinational retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, security technologies, risk assessment methods, and investigative procedures.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and crisis response protocols.
  • Proficient in English with strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High integrity and strong ethical judgment.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior escalation point for misconduct, fraud, investigations, and policy breaches.
  • Coordinate crisis simulation exercises and cross-functional response activation.
  • Lead the loss prevention strategy, monitor KPIs, and implement measures to reduce shrinkage.
  • Ensure sales market teams are trained in loss prevention best practices.
  • Oversee the security systems roadmap and drive innovation in the security ecosystem.
  • Guide health & safety team members in promoting a safety culture and compliance.
  • Provide leadership during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Champion continuous improvement and collaboration within the organization.
  • Support talent development through coaching and performance management.

Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
