Job summary

The role involves leading the development of resilience capabilities within the Business Area Wind, ensuring operations remain resilient during disruptions. The position requires serving as the Business Continuity Officer and providing governance and expert guidance across various functions and countries.

Qualifications

  • University degree in resilience, risk management, security, emergency management, engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in resilience, business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, risk management, or security.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of resilience frameworks such as ISO 22301.
  • Understanding of critical infrastructure and operational resilience regulatory environments.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement BA Wind's resilience strategy and priorities.
  • Develop resilience capabilities and frameworks to support business objectives.
  • Lead business continuity and resilience assessments and improvement initiatives.
  • Drive incident and crisis management capabilities and exercises.
  • Provide oversight of security and resilience-related risks and improvement activities.
  • Build trusted relationships and facilitate collaboration across BA Wind.

Skills

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in complex organizations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and exercises.

Education

  • Relevant certifications such as CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, or CRISC are advantageous.

Tools

  • Familiarity with EU directives CER and NIS2 or national implementations is a plus.
