Team Leader, HSE (On-site, Aarhus or Warrington)

Job summary

This leadership role involves guiding and developing a team of 20–30 Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals, focusing on enhancing safety standards within offshore operations. The position requires effective management and collaboration across teams to foster a positive safety culture and ensure safe project execution in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, preferably in wind operations or a related field
• Experience in managing teams, including remote leadership
• IGC NEBOSH or IOSH certification or equivalent
• RCA or TapRroot certification is advantageous
• Proficient in IT tools such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Valid driving license
