Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Danish Customer Center & Sales operations and ensure alignment with Nordic priorities.
  • Drive value creation, operational excellence, and financial performance across sales and service operations.
  • Lead a nationwide organization of approximately 450 employees, including 40 leaders.
  • Implement new business systems and develop scalable processes to enhance digital sales.
  • Foster a cohesive customer and employee experience while achieving business goals.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.

  • Ability to build trust and engagement within teams.

Education

  • A relevant higher academic or university degree is required.
