Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of District Sales Executives
  • Oversee the Sales Department budget
  • Engage with prospective and current customers to identify opportunities

  • Prepare the team for successful business transitions
  • Create career development plans for team members
  • Conduct regular coaching and pipeline reviews
  • Recruit and onboard new sales executives as needed
