Job summary

The role involves driving new business development as a sales executive focused on strategic target accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration and sales execution skills, utilizing a consultative approach to value-based selling to create and close new opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Execute and refine the Go-To-Market Strategy for designated industries.
  • Develop and maintain a Territory Plan for assigned verticals.
  • Create Account Plans, including deal action cards and mutual evaluation plans for named accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process from demand generation to closing deals, including RFI/RFP processes.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance account penetration and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving annual sales targets and maintaining pipeline coverage.
  • Maintain CRM and account hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales with a track record of meeting quotas.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience and curiosity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a relevant local language.
  • Ability to navigate and build relationships within a matrix organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software solution sales.
