  • Manage and develop the Sales Department, including two District Sales Executives
  • Oversee the Sales Department budget
  • Engage with prospective and current clients to identify new opportunities
  • Support Sales Executives in closing business deals
  • Attend networking and industry events to enhance market presence
  • Prepare the team for successful transitions of new business
  • Create career development plans for team members
  • Conduct regular coaching and pipeline reviews
  • Recruit and onboard new sales executives as needed
