Job summary

The role involves expanding technical sales and market share in the refrigeration industry within Norway, focusing on sustainable CO2 refrigeration systems. The Area Sales Manager will be the primary customer contact, driving sales across retail, heating, and industrial segments while building partnerships with end-users, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in the refrigeration or HVAC sector.
  • Technical knowledge of refrigeration technology; experience with natural refrigerants (CO2) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Retail or Industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to convey technical features as customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and market strategies aligned with global and regional plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
  • Provide technical support to ensure optimal customer solutions.
  • Develop a professional network among Food Retail end-users, consultants, and contractors.
  • Enhance the sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement and value-based selling.
