Job summary

This role focuses on driving clinical demand generation initiatives for clinical diagnostics across the Nordics. The successful candidate will engage with healthcare stakeholders to enhance testing utilization and improve patient pathways, contributing to growth and profitability objectives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred, or a Bachelor’s Degree with significant relevant commercial experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or healthcare.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive clinical demand and adoption of diagnostic testing across primary and secondary care settings.
  • Execute market development initiatives to increase testing utilization.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Market Development teams for aligned execution.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs through stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver revenue growth and achieve annual operating plan targets.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.

Education

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields preferred.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
