Job summary

This role is focused on driving the adoption and growth of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions for a diverse range of clients, including startups and SMBs. The position requires acting as a trusted advisor to help customers integrate advanced financial infrastructure products.

Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, or payments sectors with a strong performance record.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple functions.
  • Highly self-driven and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design tailored solutions.
  • Experience in payments or banking solutions sales is advantageous.
