Job summary

This part-time position involves supporting the expansion of a health-tech company in the DACH region, focusing on the German market. The role requires collaboration with existing Business Developers to drive growth initiatives and improve operational processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in business, economics, technology, or a related field.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written), ideally at a native or advanced level.
• Clear communication skills in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Engage in various projects related to growth, operations, and business execution.
• Design and implement creative experiments to enhance key company metrics.
• Identify and address operational challenges as the company scales.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Growth Project Manager on impactful initiatives.
• Manage personal projects from conception to execution, demonstrating tangible results.
• Represent the company in meetings and events, focusing on German-speaking stakeholders.

Skills

Education

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a relevant field.
