Job summary

The role involves leading sales efforts in the Nordic region, with a primary focus on establishing a strong market presence in Sweden. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for strategic and operational execution of business expansion plans, emphasizing project-based solution sales and key account management.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in technical solution sales within Sweden or other Nordic countries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of opening new markets.
  • Experience working with architects, engineers, and technical managers is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Good technical understanding, ideally from the construction or heavy industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex interactions within a large global organization.
  • Residence in Denmark or Sweden with willingness to travel approximately 120 days per year.
  • Fluent in English.
