Job summary

This part-time position involves supporting the expansion of a health-tech company into the Spanish market. The role requires collaboration with existing Business Developers to identify and execute growth initiatives, while also addressing operational challenges as the company scales. The position is based in Copenhagen and typically requires 15–25 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in business, economics, technology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written), ideally at a native or advanced level.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Ambitious and curious, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Work on diverse projects related to growth, operations, and business execution.
  • Design and implement creative experiments to influence key company metrics.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Growth Project Manager on impactful initiatives.
  • Manage individual projects from conception to execution, demonstrating the impact of your contributions.
  • Represent the company in external meetings and events, focusing on Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Education

  • Master’s student in business, economics, technology, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is a plus.
