Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on intercultural collaboration.
  • Proficient in negotiation and contract management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in developing sales strategies.
  • Ability to execute both strategic initiatives and hands-on tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Drive local sales campaigns and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with distributors and installers.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and provide detailed reports on performance and market trends.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process in alignment with sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers to establish beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate market insights into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales management or a related field.
