About the role

Job summary

The role involves driving service growth and sales activities across the Nordic region, specifically in Scandinavia, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Iceland, within the energy and power generation sector.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering, or equivalent, with practical experience in industrial or power plant settings.
  • Proven experience in the power generation sector or related industries, including knowledge of automated plant systems.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with a history in technical sales and complex service proposal development.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes in an international, matrix-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Scandinavian languages or additional languages is a plus.
  • Structured, proactive, self-driven, with strong IT skills.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative service offerings supporting the green energy transition.
  • Expect regular travel within Scandinavia and the North Atlantic region, estimated up to 70 days per year.
