Job summary

The role involves driving service growth and sales activities across the Nordic region, including Scandinavia, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and Iceland, within the energy and power generation sector. The position requires building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or marine engineering, or equivalent experience in industrial or power plant environments.
  • Proven experience in the power generation sector or related industries, with knowledge of automated plant systems.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record in technical sales and complex service proposals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop service business opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare regional and customer-specific sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver technical and commercial proposals for service projects.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative service offerings for the green energy transition.

Skills

  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven with strong IT skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education

Travel

  • Relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Regular travel within Scandinavia and the North Atlantic region, estimated up to 70 days per year.
