Job summary

The Future Leader Program in Operations is designed for recent graduates, providing insights into the end-to-end processes of a global manufacturing company. This 18-month program focuses on practical skill development across various manufacturing departments, including Production, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business studies.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve goals set at the beginning of the program.
  • Complete assigned tasks and assist with daily operations.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and learning opportunities.
  • Observe and learn from experienced team members.
  • Gain knowledge of company policies and processes.
  • Liaise with mentors and senior team members to assess progress.
  • Adhere to company regulations and health and safety codes.
  • Prepare documents and maintain records.
  • Travel to various locations as required.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with a willingness to ask questions.
  • Manual skills with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience in leading and directing others, capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Well-organized with a structured approach to work and study.
  • Eagerness to learn and achieve progression milestones.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.

Education

  • University degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Business studies.

Tools

  • Familiarity with company-specific software and tools may be beneficial.
