The Post Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and successful customer onboarding. This position focuses on ensuring that newly acquired customers are prepared for kickoff, achieve their first value quickly, and receive proactive support to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in post-sales operations or customer success roles.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the post-sale handoff and ensure onboarding readiness by verifying prerequisites and coordinating kickoff schedules.
  • Drive customer momentum towards achieving first value through structured outreach and internal coordination.
  • Handle a defined queue of downgrade and cancellation requests, presenting retention options and documenting outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with customers, providing updates and scheduling syncs as necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity in systems by logging activities and capturing critical customer data points.
  • Identify when standard onboarding processes need escalation and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Propose improvements to existing playbooks based on observed patterns and customer feedback.

Education
