Job summary

The role of Auxiliary Equipment Cleaner involves ensuring thorough cleaning, inspection, preparation, and delivery of equipment to the appropriate production locations. This is essential for optimal utilization of production equipment and supports ongoing improvements in production capacity.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification.
• Strong IT skills.
• Completion of internal training for handling all types of equipment.
• Completion of internal training for equipment transport and placement, as well as IT system usage.
• Minimum three weeks of on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of grinders, blenders, switches, and filters according to applicable standards.
• Manage collection, shipping, and delivery of machine nozzles to and from Hungary.
• Operate forklifts for transporting peripheral equipment, grinders, and blenders based on signals from the IT system.
• Ensure proper recycling of grinders and blenders in accordance with the IT system and documentation.
• Oversee recycling of virgin material from used equipment via the IT system and suction station.
• Handle administrative tasks related to equipment functions and registration in the IT system.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks and replacement of defective parts as part of the cleaning process.
• Process confirm all cleaning tasks to ensure correct execution and quality.
• Test equipment to verify optimal functionality.
• Use a plastic blower machine for cleaning equipment.
