Mechanic Lead (Copenhagen)

Job summary

As a Mechanic Lead, you will oversee the workshop team responsible for the repair and maintenance of bikes and e-bikes in Copenhagen. You will ensure quality and safety while coordinating daily operations and maintaining stock levels in collaboration with the logistics team.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading and developing a diverse team.
• Relevant background as a bicycle mechanic or in a similar technical field is advantageous.
• Strong coaching and inspirational skills.
• Full-time availability (37 hours).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.
• Passion for bikes and micro-mobility.
