About the role

Job summary

This role is focused on supporting the growth strategy of a leading global jewellery brand by implementing best practice operational processes and ensuring alignment across new system implementations. The position acts as a liaison between business operations and digital technology, particularly within the Distribution & Wholesale value chain.

Qualifications

  • Over 3 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or system roll-outs (WMS, TMS, OMS, POS, ERP)
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or Dynamics AX
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Basic project management skills, including workshop facilitation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Agile training, Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, or Prince 2 is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, create test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing for ERP systems
  • Design, test, and implement changes to operational processes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Document and audit global processes
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops globally, both online and onsite
  • Review processes and systems with customers to identify challenges

Education

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
