Responsibilities

• Launch and establish the brand in the assigned city
• Build, train, and manage a small core team (2–3 people) and freelance game hosts
• Source and secure quality venues and time slots for games
• Execute creative marketing and sales initiatives to grow the player base
• Manage game operations to ensure a great customer experience that encourages repeat participation
• Utilize support and expertise from headquarters for operations and technology
