Lead Specialist, Product Portfolio Management (On-site, Aarhus or Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves overseeing the product portfolio within the Service sector, ensuring alignment with strategic, financial, and customer objectives. The Lead Specialist will drive portfolio optimization and transparency, transforming data into actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in product portfolio management, product management, or relevant consulting, preferably in the wind industry
• Experience in complex product environments, working with multiple products or markets in a global/matrix organization
• Proven ability to derive meaningful insights from data
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Evaluate portfolio health, complexity, and business performance, providing recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of the product portfolio across lifecycle stages, ensuring quality of commercial product information
• Act as gatekeeper for new product launches, tracking benefit realization and ensuring timely implementation
• Define and track product success metrics in collaboration with product development teams
• Assess portfolio alignment with market trends, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities
