Junior Revenue Operations Analyst

This role focuses on enhancing revenue processes to support growth and operational efficiency within the organization. The Junior Revenue Operations Analyst will collaborate with various teams to align systems and data around a cohesive revenue strategy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Experience in cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize Revenue Operations processes, including lead management and sales forecasting.
• Align processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to enhance revenue growth.
• Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Define and monitor revenue performance metrics and KPIs.
• Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM and analytics tools.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement and scalability.
• Provide insights to leadership to support revenue growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
