Graphic Compliance Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring compliance with product safety and brand guidelines in a graphic context. The Graphic Compliance Specialist will engage with various partners and utilize planning and collaboration skills to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate labeling of packaging and building instructions according to EU, APAC, and US regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with translation agencies for legal and marketing text translations.
• Proofread packaging, building instructions, and other graphic materials.
• Collect and prepare product and compliance information for briefings using master data from various sources.
• Coordinate legal and compliance information flow between stakeholders.
• Provide compliance guidance during the artwork development process.
• Manage relationships with internal and external partners to meet compliance requirements.

Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Adobe (Illustrator & InDesign)
• Change-ready mentality

Education

• BA or MA degree preferred
