Job summary

A seasoned insurance professional is sought to join an integrated Nordic Casualty team in Copenhagen. The role involves supporting clients and brokers primarily in Denmark and Norway, while contributing to broader Nordic opportunities. The position emphasizes leveraging expertise in Product Liability, General Liability, and Recall Insurance to develop strategic solutions for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Casualty underwriting, specifically in General Liability, Product Liability, and Recall.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multinational insurance programs.
• Strong commercial mindset with skills in stakeholder influence and broker relationship building.
• Structured and analytical approach, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language, preferably Danish.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and manage large, complex underwriting cases.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key brokers and clients.
• Analyze market trends and portfolio performance for long-term profitability.
• Collaborate with Multinational, Claims, and Risk Engineering teams to enhance client service.
• Mentor and support junior underwriters within the Nordic team.
