Job summary

The role involves supporting the planning and execution of investor-facing events within the Investor Relations and Business Development team. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or early stages of a Master's degree in Project Management, Service Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in investor relations, events, and the private markets industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of various investor events, including roundtables, conferences, and site visits.
  • Manage event logistics such as venues, catering, transportation, and audio-visual needs.
  • Handle registration and attendee management, including invitations and communication with participants.
  • Prepare event materials like agendas, name badges, and presentations.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup and guest management.
  • Support post-event reporting and feedback collection.
  • Assist in tracking event budgets and maintaining expense records.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing plans and tight deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or in the early stages of a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
