EHS Lead (Construction, Data Centers, Site-Based)

Job summary

An experienced EHS Manager is sought for major Data Center construction projects. This full-time, site-based role requires a quality-driven professional with strong communication and client management skills, focusing on large-scale, impactful projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in EHS management roles.
• Proven track record in large, complex projects; Data Center experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to visualize and convey issues.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and client-facing roles.
• Collaborative and proactive team player.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Danish Working Permit.

Responsibilities
