Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Execute planned maintenance and work orders according to site procedures and safety standards
• Participate in 12-hour shift rotations, including control room monitoring
• Monitor and operate critical infrastructure systems
• Respond to alarms and support incident resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and shift logs
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Promote collaboration, safety awareness, and continuous improvement within the team
• Role involves standing, walking, and working in technical environments; must be comfortable with climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and handling equipment.
