Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record in the GP sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with new technologies and platforms, including AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be based in Sjælland, with a willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the territory by developing and executing account plans based on data and insights.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets while acting as a role model for sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Support team capability development through coaching, training, and sharing best practices.
  • Engage healthcare providers with scientific credibility through various channels, including face-to-face and digital interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness.

Skills

  • Strong disease-area knowledge, particularly in diabetes and obesity treatments.
  • Excellent in-call selling skills and key account management capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt to individual sales metrics and productivity reviews.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Completion of the Danish LIF Exam is necessary.

Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and Veeva Salesforce.
