Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development.

  • Ability to articulate technical solutions into customer value propositions.
  • Effective communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial development across Northern Europe with accountability for growth and pipeline quality.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and account plan for the region.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business with strategic customers in the defence ecosystem.
  • Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders, ensuring structured follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Provide customer insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure transparency in forecasting and deal documentation.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer commitments.

Education
