Workday Integration Manager

Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in HR technology management, including implementation and oversight of major HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to align technology with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering a high-quality employee experience through technology.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR activities and support the team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Act as an escalation point for complex Workday cases across various HR functions.
• Oversee HRIS backlog prioritization and ensure documentation and governance controls are in place.
• Provide leadership and support to the functional HRIS team and guide configuration changes.
• Coordinate SOW preparation and maintain oversight of active AMS and project SOWs.
• Conduct release impact assessments and manage post-release stabilization.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements.
