Senior ServiceNow Application Developer (Fully Remote)

Job summary

This role involves taking ownership of ServiceNow solutions that enhance asset management and technology operations. The position requires leading the implementation and management of Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and Software Bill of Materials capabilities, while collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, or ServiceNow.
• Technical training, certification, or degree in a relevant technology or engineering field.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and application development.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
• Familiarity with Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) solutions and inventory management processes.
• Understanding of Azure technologies and cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex technical initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow asset management capabilities.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Drive technology inventory management and ensure asset information accuracy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and operational activities.
