Business Integration Manager

Job summary

This role focuses on leading the business implementation of EDI and API integrations for global customers in the transport and logistics sector. The position is part of a migration team responsible for overseeing the onboarding of customers and ensuring streamlined data exchanges with the company's systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global customer onboarding.
• Strong understanding of API, EDI, and integration formats.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration processes aligned with company standards.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and providing operational support post-go-live.
• Proven ability to engage with Sales, Corporate Development, and IT to onboard external parties.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for alignment across local and global stakeholders.
• Prior experience in transport and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the migration of global customers, ensuring operational processes and data journeys align with best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Road Global sales and regions, focusing on Gold & Platinum customers.
• Act as the first point of contact for operations post-business go-live, providing troubleshooting and advice.
• Ensure local contributors adhere to project plans, delivering on time and with quality.
• Oversee the creation and execution of User Acceptance Test scenarios.
• Sign off on Business Requirement Documents to initiate integrations.
• Align planning with Operations, Customers, and the Customer Integration Office.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware solutions is beneficial.
