IT Delivery Lead

Job summary

The role involves leading the planning, coordination, and execution of IT products supporting dairy operations globally. The IT Delivery Lead will ensure that deliveries meet business outcomes and will facilitate collaboration across product teams.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in IT delivery, operations, or engineering/project management.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Automation.
• Familiarity with IT delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL), SLAs, and KPIs.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and external partners.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a range of Supply Chain IT products.
• Conduct product life cycle management and build product life cycle strategies in collaboration with IT architects.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business outcome targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Plan and deliver product developments in collaboration with the IT digital manufacturing team and supply chain business.
• Manage external service contracts to ensure service standards are met.
• Adapt delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to suit various tasks.

Skills

• Strong coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain a big-picture view of delivery while focusing on orchestration and team enablement.
• Structured work approach with good planning skills.

Education

• Relevant educational background in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with IT delivery tools and methodologies relevant to the role.
