Job summary

The role of Site Manager involves full accountability for the P&L and operations at the Taulov site in Fredericia. This position directly influences both short- and long-term financial and operational goals as defined in the regional business plan, while leading operational activities across various products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in site management within a warehousing and distribution context.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities, particularly in an international matrix organization.
  • High financial acumen with the ability to read and interpret P&L results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full P&L for the Taulov site, focusing on customer and contract management.
  • Optimize site performance, cost efficiency, and asset utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and follow up on investments.
  • Execute the Contract Logistics strategy in alignment with the Area Head.
  • Develop new customer relationships and manage site implementation and growth targets.
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and oversee daily operations.
  • Lead training and safety initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant educational background in logistics, business management, or a related field may be preferred.
