Job summary

The Vice President of Finance is responsible for setting the financial strategy and overseeing all financial operations within a globally distributed organization. Responsibilities

• Provide global finance leadership to headquarters and country offices, ensuring effective financial grant management and compliance.
• Develop predictive financial models and analyses to inform organizational operations and business plans.
• Collaborate with the COO on strategic recommendations based on financial insights and projections.
• Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
• Oversee banking relationships and negotiate terms with financial institutions.
• Lead the preparation and approval of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations.
• Develop and manage finance staff while fostering collaboration across departments.
