Job summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the finance and accounting functions for a Danish parent company and its international subsidiaries. This role combines operational leadership with strategic financial insight, ensuring high-quality reporting and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• Several years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Experience with financial reporting for multiple legal entities, preferably in an international context
• Strong knowledge of accounting, VAT, tax, and financial compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage audits and collaborate with external auditors and advisors
• Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, payments, and financial controls
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Deliver financial analyses and business insights to management
• Drive process improvements and digitalization within the finance function
• Coordinate finance activities across internal and external stakeholders
