Senior Finance Business Partner (Commercial Finance, Allerød)

Job summary

This role involves end-to-end finance business partnering in Norway, acting as the primary financial and strategic partner to the EVP and Country Manager. The position requires creating transparency across the Norwegian omnichannel P&L and providing insights to drive performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance business partnering, business controlling, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Proven experience working with senior executives and the ability to influence at the EVP level.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P&L management, including revenue, gross margin, payroll, and operating costs.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the financial agenda for Norway, covering planning, performance management, and financial priorities.
• Own the financial steering of the Norwegian omnichannel P&L, including sales and profitability.
• Act as a strategic partner to the local leadership team, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities in financial reporting and translate them into actionable insights.

Education
