Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Strong background in P&L management, planning, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on balancing growth and profitability.
• Experience in a complex, international matrix organization.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance across designated business areas, ensuring growth and profitability targets are met.
• Collaborate with Brand Directors and Commercial leadership to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making.
• Lead financial planning cycles including budgets and forecasts, aligning with strategic priorities.
• Conduct forward-looking analyses to identify risks and opportunities, translating insights into actionable steps.
• Rigorously evaluate investment decisions to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.
• Prepare executive-level presentations to support decision-making processes.
• Contribute to enhancing financial processes and tools for improved effectiveness.
