Job summary

This role involves evaluating and improving AI systems related to auto insurance claims through project-based tasks. Contributors will assess the accuracy and compliance of AI-generated claims decisions and design scenarios to test the robustness of agents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in insurance, claims, legal, or financial services.
• Recent experience in claims adjusting or similar roles.
• Knowledge of auto insurance coverage decisions and state-specific negligence rules.
• AIC, CPCU, CIFI, or SCLA credentials are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+).

Compensation

• Evaluate AI-generated auto insurance claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Create FNOL scenarios with contradictions and outdated documents for testing.
• Develop and assess fraud-flagging scenarios for SIU referrals.
• Construct subrogation test cases based on state-specific rules.
• Clearly document test cases with correct answers and policy citations.
• Estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
• Earnings up to $60 per hour, depending on experience and contribution level.
